Ingredients
- 8 soft-shelled crab,cleaned
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 egg,slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base
- 3-6Tbs butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash crabs and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dig in egg and coat with mixture of flour and bread crumbs. Saute crabs in butter over medium heat, a few at a time, about 4 minutes per side. Add additional butter as needed. Remove crabs and keep warm in oven untill all have been cooked. Excellent served on toast.
