Ingredients
1 small green bell pepper,chopped 1 small brown onion,chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 Tbs olive oil 1 8-oz can tomatoe sauce 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 Tbs garlic powder 1 Tbs basil 1 Tbs gumbo filet 2 Tbs Better Than Bouillon Chili Base 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp,cleaned
Instructions
In a large pot , saute bell pepper, onion and celery in olice oil. Add tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, spices, Better Than Bouillon Chili Base and water. Simmer one hour and add shrimp. Serve over rice.
