Cucumber Clam Salad
Vegetable Base

This recipe uses:
Premium Bases: Vegetable Base

Ingredients
  • 2-3 medium cucumber peeled
  • 1 6 1/2 oz can chopped clams,rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2Tbs sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper salt, to taste
Instructions
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice cucumber paper thin. Mix clams, Better Then Bouillon Vegetable base, vinegar,sugar,pepper and salt, to taste. Toss cucumbers with clam mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
