Organic Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped *onion
  • 4 cloves minced *garlic
  • 1/2 chopped *jalapeno
  • ½ cup chopped *green pepper
  • 2 tsp *vegetable oil
  • 8 cups of water
  • 1 Packet-Superior Touch Organic Chili Seasoning
  • 3 small *skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups frozen *corn
  • 28 oz can diced *tomatoes
  • *tortilla chips

Instructions
Sauté 1 cup chopped *onion, 4 cloves minced *garlic, 1/2 chopped *jalapeno and ½ cup chopped *green pepper with 2 tsp *vegetable oil in a large pot until soft. Combine 8 cups of water and 1 Packet-Superior Touch Organic Chili Seasoning. Add mixture to pot along with 3 small *skinless chicken breasts, 2 cups frozen *corn, and 28 oz can diced *tomatoes. Bring to a boil. After about 15 minutes, remove the chicken breasts and shred. Return shredded chicken to pot and simmer an additional 30 minutes. Top soup with crushed *tortilla chips. Serve hot. *Organic
