What is the shelf life of your Better Than Bouillon products once opened and refrigerated?
Our Better Than Bouillon bases are good for 2 years from when the product is produced. The Best Buy Purchase Date is the experation date open or unopened. Once opened it does need to be refrigerated.
Do your bases contain MSG?
No MSG is added to our "Better than Bouillon" bases.
Are your Better Than Bouillon products gluten free?
We do not add any Gluten in our Better Than Bouillon products.Gluten Free Products: Chicken, Beef, Chili, Clam, Ham, Lobster, Turkey, Au Jus, Fish, Vegetarian Line, Organic Line, Kosher Line and the All Natural Reduce Sodium Chicken.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped out?
Once place orders are generally shipped out within 1-3 business days. Food Service orders will be shipped out within 3-10 business days.
What is your Return Policy?
If unsatisfied with the product, Superior Quality Foods will issue a refund or replace the item(s). Items must be returned to Superior Quality Foods within 10 days of receipt.
What is the process of canceling orders that have been shipped out?
No order may be canceled once it has been shipped. However, if order is returned at customer's expense, a refund will be issued.
