Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tbs Better Than Bouillon Chili Base
- 1 can Sliced olives
- 6 French Rolls
- 6 oz Cheddar chesse, grated
Instructions
In a large skillet brown ground beef. Add Better Than Bouillon Chili Base and Onions and saute several minutes. Add tomato soup and olives; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Slice off top of rolls and remove bread from the middle of each roll. Stuff roll with ground beef mixture and sprinkle with chesse. Replace tops of rolls and wrap in foil. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes or until chesse is melted (or microwave for one minute).
*Low Fat version: Substitute ground turkey and non-fat chesse for ground beef and chedder chesse.
